Our flexibility and strength training class supports every aspect of cheerleading and tumbling by helping athletes improve range of motion, balance, and body control. We incorporate stretching techniques, resistance exercises, and core conditioning to promote muscle strength and flexibility. This class is important for injury prevention, improved performance, and building the physical foundation needed for stunts, jumps, and tumbling. With regular attendance, students notice greater ease in movement and stronger execution of their skills.
